 Delivery ETA

We deliver products Australia wide and ship to most major International cities. Shipping times within Australia are estimated between 2-7 business days depending on your location. Shipping times within New Zealand are estimated between 5-7 business days.

Some exceptions may apply during promotional or busy holiday periods.

International shipping is sent via Air mail through Australia Post and are estimated to take between 4-14 business days. Please note we do not send to PO boxes or locker boxes.

Shipping Costs

Within Australia & New Zealand, we now offer free shipping for orders over $150. For orders less than $150, flat rate fees apply.

Same Day Dispatch Guarantee

Orders made before 12pm will be dispatched from our warehouse same day. Please note this may vary over busy sale periods. Our warehouse does not operate over weekends or public holidays.

Free Shipping to New Zealand

Kia ora! Our friends across the ditch can now enjoy Free Shipping on all orders over NZ$150. Purchases below this amount will attract flat rate fees at checkout.

Free Contactless Pick-up

L&M Home are offering free contactless pick-ups from our store in Fitzroy, Victoria. Please select 'Pick-up' in the checkout section and follow the prompts.

Other International Customers

Please email info@lmhome.com.au with the products you would like to purchase & your delivery details. We will contact you with a delivery quote which is calculated based on your destination and measurements of your order. Payment can then be arranged via Visa & Mastercard.

Pre-Orders

We are currently offering pre-orders on selected products only. If there are other items in your order, the items that are in stock will be shipped at the time of ordering, and your pre-ordered products will be shipped when they arrive into stock. Please note that our ETAs are estimates only.

Delivery Instructions

Please select the appropriate shipping method during checkout. It is recommend that orders be sent to an address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel. Alternatively, an 'Authority to Leave' can be given by selecting the shipping method 'No Signature Required'. In this instance, the driver will leave the parcel in a secure location if no one is home. L&M Home does not accept any responsibility for any lost or stolen parcels left by any courier companies.
