Social Media & Partnerships Coordinator

We are looking for a creative whizz with skills across content creation, community management and digital marketing to join our team on a part time basis.

We are looking for a creative whizz with skills across content creation, community management and digital marketing. This role will suit someone who enjoys working on creative campaigns, that can be hands-on, yet strategic in their thinking and wants to take ownership over organic socials, PR and influencer partnerships.

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager, E-commerce and Graphic Design team to assist in executing best-in-class marketing campaigns and to take on day-to-day ownership of content creation for all social channels. Experience within the retail and design industry is preferred but not mandatory. 

About you:

  • You love variety and no two days being the same. Your ability to juggle and adapt is like no other. 
  • You have fantastic organisational skills with immaculate attention to detail.
  • Able to use Canva, Klaviyo, Shopify, Planoly, Monday or the likes of similar applications.
  • You’re comfortable with working autonomously, yet collaboratively by presenting creative ideas for feedback.
  • You will be savvy across a variety of social media channels and confident in creating content.
  • You’ll have exceptional written, verbal and visual communication skills.
  • Specific interest and understanding of the design and homewares industry. 
  • Understanding and experience of digital and retail marketing with a passion for e-commerce, communications, and design.

What does the role involve?

  • Execute social media content creation and social media scheduling across Meta platforms, TikTok & Pinterest.
  • Manage all day-to-day social media activities and customer engagement with our platforms.
  • Capturing relevant and engaging content at seasonal off-site photoshoots and in our in-house studio in Fitzroy.
  • Collaborate with the E-Commerce and Design team to curate inspiring content aligned to calendar of campaigns
  • Support our Digital Agency on Paid Social, briefing in new creative with our graphic designer and taking insights from organic performance
  • Identify and facilitate PR opportunities, influencer liaison and brand partnerships.
  • Reporting back with opportunities for growth and developing strategies to increase brand awareness and followers.
  • Writing and collating product copy for social channels and website product descriptions.
  • Event/Trade Fair marketing administration where necessary

Please note this is a permanent, part-time role with flexible working arrangements available.

Warehouse Assistant

L&M Home is looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our small and friendly team in our Fitzroy Warehouse on a casual basis to commence early June.

  • Opportunity to join a small, creative team within an independent, female owned business
  • Working with luxury Melbourne designed homewares and decor pieces
  • Central location in Fitzroy with no weekend or evening work required

L&M Home is one of Melbourne’s leading names in luxury homewares and décor. 

We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Warehouse Assistant to join our small and friendly team in Fitzroy, Melbourne on a casual basis, working approximately 3 shifts per week. 

The Warehouse Assistant role will be working as part of our warehouse team at our company HQ in Fitzroy which comprises our warehouse, office and showroom. The shifts will be over Monday-Friday daytime hours only and comprise the following duties:

  • Picking and packing orders ensuring a high level of accuracy
  • Receiving and storing stock including heavy lifting
  • Completing inventory counts and stock verification
  • Freight and invoicing administrative duties
  • Coordination with Sales team to ensure orders are fulfilled to the agreed standard
  • General upkeep of the warehouse, packing and loading areas
  • Contributing to a productive and positive work culture
  • An interest in homewares is a bonus but not essential

The right candidate will be well-organised, careful and methodical in your approach and committed to upholding the highest standards of quality, with great attention to detail.
