As warmer weather rolls in, evoke the feeling of a slow-paced summer on the Mediterranean with a natural palette of earthy tones, handcrafted block prints, and timeless resort stripes. We spoke to our Creative Director, Danielle, about the team's main inspiration behind the new collection... 

The SS25 Collection was inspired by the carefree attitude of the Mediterranean lifestyle. Why was this influence so inspiring? 

"Everything exudes a sense of effortless beauty and tranquility from the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean coastline to sun-filled terraces and charming seaside trattorias. It’s a feeling and an atmosphere beyond just the style. A luminous collection of bold patterns, vibrant hues, and textural contrasts."

Tell us more about the earthy hues within the range, which colours, in particular, stand out for you and why?

 "The colour palette is rich, and we’re drawn in by earthy hues of Terracotta and Clay paired with sandy pigments that imitate the warm glow of the sun. These colours talk to each other, they create a mood, an atmosphere and a world you want to be in. Limewashed stone walls, long afternoon shadows on the terrace, and warm sun-baked sand underfoot. 

Terracotta created a whole new layer and depth for the collection and can be so versatile, particularly when paired back with effortless neutrals and crisp whites for a sophisticated summer vibe."

Stripes and patterns are a big part of this season’s collection, why were they so important to include?

"Plentiful stripes and bold patterns imbued with character can be mixed and matched for vibrant contrast. Hand-printed patterns are integral to making our collection more dimensional and tactile, creating summertime spaces that evoke a sense of harmony and sophistication."

Why will this collection be a wonderful addition to our summer decorating? 

"Long, luxurious summer days spent drifting between the interior and exterior zones of your home are a staple of the ideal Australian lifestyle. Our new collection encapsulates the feeling of an endless summer, where afternoons are spent enjoying an apertivo in the late sunshine. We hope to transport you to sun-drenched days and lift the mood of any space."
